Hungarian motorcycle manufacturer Keeway part of Qianjiang Group which owns Benelli Motorcycles rolled out a 250cc cruiser motorcycle dubbed Keeway K-Light 250V.


The new K-Light cruiser debuted in Indian market along with two 300cc motorcycles is the first cruiser in the quarter-liter segment featuring a V-twin powerplant.
Uniquely designed Keeway K-Light features a beefy fuel tank giving it a rugged look, full LED lighting with DRL, dual exhausts, comfort oriented forward set foot pegs, alloy wheels, raised handle bar, scooped out seat, faux radiator grille and semi-digital instrument cluster placed on fuel tank. Powering the cruiser is a 249cc, air cooled V-twin engine belting out 18.7 hp @ 8,500 rpm and 19 Nm of torque peaking @ 5,500 rpm. The V-twin is paired with 5-speed transmission with a final belt drive.
Suspension duties are performed by upside-down telescopic forks at the front and twin hydraulic shock absorbers at the rear. K-Light is equipped with disc brakes with dual-channel ABS. The V-twin powered cruiser runs on 16” tubeless tyres with a 120/80-16 front tyre and 140/70-16 rear tyre. K-light 250V has a seat height of easily accessible 715mm and ground clearance of 160mm.
Keeway K-Light 250V is offered in Matte Black, Matte Blue and Matte Grey color schemes.
