The all-new Rlllx by RENNtech, the Florida based custom builder is upgraded version of the Mercedes-AMG GT 63 4-Door Coupe.
The Rlllx is powered by a Mercedes-AMG twin-scroll M177 twin-turbocharged V8 belting out 1,196 hp. The twin-turbo V8 is upgraded by Stage II high-performance turbochargers and remapped ECU delivering approximately 927 lb/ft of peak torque. The V8 has larger inducer and exducer wheels as well as a unique core assembly with stronger axial bearings for minimal lag and reduced rolling resistance.
RIIIx comes equipped with high-pressure fuel pumps as well as an integrated carbon fiber air intake system that features a filter surface that is 30 percent larger. The exhaust system has been updated to include RENNtech stainless-steel high-performance downpipes with free-flow 200 cell catalytic converters as well as improved performance mufflers that were made exclusively for the AMG GT63.
RENNtech RIIIx is capable of reaching 0-60 Mph in just 2.44 seconds. Notable features of RIIIx include carbon fiber body components, custom wheels and a custom paint job.
The outside carbon fiber aero kit of the RIIIx comprises functional style components that produce greater downforce to improve the vehicle’s handling and stability at high speeds. Additionally, this contributes to the GT63’s overall attractiveness. RENNtech is responsible for the design of these highly refined aero components, which are then produced in the United States utilizing pre-preg carbon fiber of an aerospace-grade.
