The all-new 2023 Chevrolet Corvette Z06 was unveiled by Chevrolet. The Z06 is a precision tool for the racetrack, and that’s exactly what it is.

A confident posture, exotic proportions, and a luxuriously outfitted interior define the Z06’s confident stance and sumptuous interior.

The new Corvette Z06 features a 670-horsepower, 8,600-rpm-rated 5.5-liter LT6 naturally aspirated V8 engine. The engine can rev to high rpms to generate tremendous power because of the lightweight, flat-plane crank design. Since 2019, the C8.R race cars have been powered by an LT6 engine. Master engine builders at the Bowling Green Assembly Plant in Kentucky hand-assemble the LT6 at the Performance Build Center. On the intake manifold of each engine is a plaque bearing the signature of the expert who worked on it from start to finish.

The new Z06 features wider fenders to accommodate larger, wider wheels and tires for increased grip, a carbon fiber aero package that includes a larger front splitter, front-corner canards, a pedestal-mounted rear wing, and underbody aero strakes for maximum track-capable downforce and maneuverability, and a unique rear spoiler with an installable fixed wickerbill – a small, vertical tab on the spoiler’s edge that significantly increases downforce.

A performance-tuned SLA-type front and rear suspension system is standard on the 2023 Z06. You can choose between a comfort setting for road trips or a track-oriented setting with the usual Driver Mode Selector.

The Driver Mode Selector lets the driver choose from a variety of customized functions, including Launch Control, Active Handling (StabiliTrak Electronic Stability Control), Traction Control, and Performance Traction Management (ELSD). Breaking power is provided by370 mm front and 380 mm rear Brembo rotors and six-piston front calipers.

The sumptuous design and feel begun with the Stingray continue in the driver-focused cockpit, which features premium materials. Additionally, the car’s lightweight, track-focused philosophy is embodied by the available carbon fiber trim.

Features a carbon fiber wrapped steering wheel, paddle shifters, and a new level 2 carbon fiber inside trim kit. Additionally, the Z06 has hand-wrapped leather interior options, such as the all-new Adrenaline Red interior trim option.20 x 10-inch front wheels wrapped with 275/30ZR20 tires and 21 x 13-inch rear wheels, used with 345/25ZR21 tires. Michelin Pilot Sport 4S ZP tires are standard, with Sport Cup 2 R ZP tires included with the available Z07 package.

The 2023 Corvette Z06 production begins in summer 2022.
