Suzuki launched all new 2022 GSX-S1000GT Grand Tourer.
All new GSX-S1000GT is powered by aGSX-R1000-based 999cc four-stroke, liquid-cooled DOHC in-line four engine mates with a race-proven, six-speed, close-ratio transmission delivering smooth, refined power throughout the power band enhancing riding experience at low rpm as well as cruising speeds on the highway. Refined and controlled performance is managed by Suzuki Intelligent Ride System (S.I.R.S.) technology, including electronic cruise control, traction control and clutchless quick shifting.
Overall handling and road holding ability is improved by the twin-spar aluminum frame and Superbike derived swingarm. 36L side cases are mounted on trellis style sub-frame. GSX-S1000GT features fully adjustable, inverted KYB fork and easy-to-adjust rear shock. Braking power is provided by radial-mounted, four-piston, Brembo-front brake calipers and 310mm floating rotors.
The sporty aesthetics of the Grand Tourer is accentuated by a pair of horizontally arranged LED headlights, V-shaped position light, new mirror design, and side-mounted LED turn signals. The 6.5” color TFT display with integrated Suzuki mySPIN connectivity application provides accessibility to contacts, maps, music, and phone communication.
GSX-S1000GT is equipped with custom engineered Dunlop’s Roadsport 2 radial tires (120/70ZR17) at the front and a new, wider sized (190/50ZR17) at the rear.
The all new 2022 GSX-S1000GT is for performance minded touring enthusiasts looking for long distance cruise with a companion on-board or a solo sporty ride. The Grand Tourer is offered in Metallic Reflective Blue or Glass Sparkle Black paint scheme.
