Super 7 is a customized Yamaha XSR 700 by JvB-moto of Germany. XSR 700’s are retro modern naked motorcycles manufactured by Yamaha starting from 2016.
Designed and developed by Yamaha and Japanese motorcycle customizer Shinja Kimura XSR700 is a retro motorcycle with modern technology replacing Yamaha XS 650. Powered by 689cc in-line twin producing 74 hp and 50 lb-ft of torque is paired with a 6-speed sequential manual transmission. The parallel twin features a 270 degree crankshaft with irregular firing interval enhancing the overall torque and performance of the engine.
JvB-moto stepped in as part of Yamaha’s yard built program and created a fabulous piece of two wheeled art. The headlight, LED indicators and speedometer mounting which holds the Daytona speedo are all custom made. The side covers and seat unit that give the bike its distinctive shape were all made by JvB-moto as well as the mounting for the Arrows exhaust. In-house components include front and rear mudguard, taillight and number plate mounting.
Front forks are stock but modified whereas rear shocks are from Öhlins. Super 7 features in-house LED indicators at the front and modified stock footpegs and mountings. Super 7 runs on Pirelli Dragon Supercorsa tyres.
