The Honda CB1000R, one of the best-looking roadsters on the market, is powered by a 998cc liquid-cooled four-cylinder engine that produces 143.4 horsepower at 10,500 rpm and 104 Nm at 8,250 rpm and is combined with a 6-speed transmission with assist and slipper clutch.

CB1000R is equipped with Throttle By Wire (TBW) including 3 preset riding modes plus a USER setting. Power (P), Engine Brake (EB) and Honda Selectable Torque Control (HSTC) work together across the presets to offer optimum benefit to the rider dependent on conditions. The exhaust transmits a raw-edged howl as revs rise.

Fully adjustable suspension has Showa’s upside-down Separate Function Fork (SFF)  at the front  and Showa BFRC (Balance Free Rear Cushion) shock at the rear. Ride comfort is further enhanced by upright riding position and ergonomic seating. Braking power is provided by dual 310mm discs in the front and a single 256mm disc at the rear controlled by dual-channel ABS.
