Mazda announced launching of Mazda 2 Hybrid in Europe from spring of 2022. The Mazda2 Hybrid will be an OEM model supplied by Toyota Europe.
The Toyota Yaris based Mazda 2 hybrid is powered by a three cylinder 1.5-liter engine coupled with with a 59 kW electric motor providing excellent fuel economy and seamless driving experience. The hybrid power train generates 114 hp.
Exterior design is Yaris itself with dominating front grille and LED daytime running lights at the front, angular LED taillights at the rear. Well laid out interior features LED infotainment display with integrated Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.
