Volkswagen

The Volkswagen Beetle is one of the earliest car brands in existence. In 1934, Volkswagen began work on a low-cost, reliable car for the masses. This was the beginning of the tiny Volkswagen we know today. The first Volkswagen Beetle, also known as the Type-1, was introduced to the public in 1938, and to date, over 21 million have been sold around the globe.

It’s no surprise that custom designers and 3D artists love this iconic hatchback. Let’s have a look at some artwork by British artist Khyzyl Saleem. He took inspiration from the Porsche 992 GT3 in designing a stunning hatchback based on a Volkswagen from the 1970s.
