Italian automotive design house Bertone has unveiled the GB110 hypercar celebrating its 110th birthday.
The hypercar, which is only produced in 33 units, has a 1,100 horsepower engine and is fueled by waste plastic. The GB110’s capacity to use plastic waste as the fuel for the propellant is its most noticeable and distinctive characteristic. Bertone has teamed with Select Fuel, a company that has created a patented technique to transform polycarbonate materials into renewable fuel.
The Lamborghini Countach has a significant effect on Bertone’s GB110, which has a sleek, aerodynamic front end, LED lights, contoured panels, and butterfly doors. According to claims, the hypercar with a 7-speed gearbox can accelerate from a standstill to 100 km/h in 2.79 seconds, 200 km/h in 6.79 seconds, and 300 km/h in 14 seconds.
