Lexus J201 concept is essentially an LX570 customized for overlanding explorations.
J201 – derived from LX 570’s internal Lexus chassis and platform code, URJ201 is built by Arizona based overlanding experts Expedition Overland.
J201 concept is powered by a supercharged 5.7-liter V8 churning out 550 hp and 550 lb-ft of peak torque. The rugged adventurer boasts a minimalist style but highly capable in terms of off-roading with an array of equipments and utilities to invade any terrain irrespective of the challenges awaiting.
OEM bumpers are replaced by CBI Off-Road front bumper and CBI Off-Road bumper at the rear, rear ladder, dual swing-outs, spare tires and Baja Designs S2 sport lighting. Advanced off-road suspension systems are by ICON Vehicle Dynamics (Front Upper Control Arms & Rear Lower Control Arms) and OEM front and rear spacers.
The bespoke off-raider is equipped with a Warn Zeon 10-S winch, Warn Epic recovery kit and a 30” LED Spot/Flood Combo light bar mounted on the front bumper. Finally the J201 runs on EVO Corse DakarZero wheels wrapped in General Grabber X3 tyres.
