Hyundai’s N division unveiled the 670 hp N Vision 74 electric hybrid concept at the Busan International Motor show.
N Vision 74 is inspired by the Hyundai Pony Coupe concept from 1974, which was created by legendary car designer Giorgetto Giugiaro but never saw production. The retro modern concept is propelled by 235kW motors on each rear wheel belts which are outfitted with e-TVTM (electronic Torque Vectoring by Twin Motors) to improve cornering. The heat management of the PE system is improved by a three-channel cooling system. The concept’s aerodynamic performance is enhanced by the use of motorsports-inspired components such as side skirts and a rear spoiler.
The concept is equipped with a 62.4 kWh battery pack that can be charged from 10 to 80 percent in 20 minutes and a hydrogen fuel cell with a combined range of over 600 kilometers. The N Vision 74 reportedly has a top speed of 250 kilometers per hour.
