There are already rumors and discussion in Japan stating that the Honda Hawk concept will replace the Honda CB1100.

The Japanese publication Young Machine has posted graphic photos of the Honda Hawk, which is reported to be powered by the 1,084cc parallel twin seen in the Honda Africa Twin and Rebel 1100. Manufacturers are eschewing high-capacity air-cooled gasoline engines in favor of liquid-cooled engines in response to onerous pollution laws.
That may be one reason for the Honda CB1100’s heavy duty cruiser to be replaced by the retro-inspired cafe cruiser Hawk. However, Young Machine made no mention of a release date or any information about the product specifications.
