Ducati unveiled the brand-new, sporty and powerful Roadster Diavel, which is powered by the same Granturismo V4 found in the Multistrada V4 and V4S, in place of the previous model’s 1262cc, 159-horsepower V-twin engine.

The athletic Diavel V4 takes cues from muscle cars, flaunting an aggressive attitude thanks to its sculpted tank and broad “shoulders.” C-shaped LED daytime running lights and integrated turn signals are just two of the many high-tech features found on the new Diavel, along with a matrix LED tail light, foldable footpegs, and retractable rear handles.

The 2023 Ducati Diavel Roadster is driven by a 1,158cc V4 Granturismo engine that produces 168 horsepower and 93 pound-feet of peak torque. The engine’s extended deactivation mechanism for the rear cylinders, which allows it to operate as a twin-cylinder or a four-cylinder with an undetectable transition due to its gradualness, causes a shift in the tone of the exhaust noise when it switches between modes.

Utilizing a 6-axis inertial platform capable of monitoring the motorcycle’s roll, yaw, and pitch angles instantaneously, Diavel V4 is outfitted with a top-tier electronics package.

Includes four ride modes, a navigation system with turn-by-turn directions, cornering ABS, traction control, wheelie control, power launch, a quick shifter and cruise control.
