All new Ducati SuperSport 950 S is dressed up in a new stunning livery. The new color scheme features two new bands in dark gray and Ducati Red, placed on the front fender and side air vents atop the Iceberg White.

The new SuperSport 950 S is powered by the 937 cc Ducati Testastretta 11° twin-cylinder engine good for 110 hp at 9,000 rpm and 93 Nm at 6,500 rpm. Throttle bodies on the upgraded twin measure 53 millimeters in diameter and are operated by a full Ride-by-Wire system. It has a compression ratio of 12.6:1, a bore size of 94 mm and a stroke length of 67.5 mm, a secondary air system, liquid cooling, and four valves per cylinder. Ducati’s Quick Shift (DQS) 6-speed transmission ensures seamless acceleration.
The SuperSport 950 has a trellis frame that incorporates the engine as a structural element of the chassis. The primary steel trellis is connected to the cylinder heads, and the steel rear seat post subframe is attached to the vertical cylinder. This arrangement provides for a highly compact, light frame with great torsional rigidity, which helps to reduce overall weight.

The SuperSport 950 is outfitted with adjustable suspension and a single-sided swingarm made of gravity cast aluminum, which has great rigidity and low weight, giving the bike a technical and professional appearance. The front is outfitted with a 43 mm diameter Marzocchi fork that is completely adjustable in hydraulics and preload. The rear has a Sachs shock absorber that is attached to the vertical cylinder on one side and the single arm on the other, with spring preload adjustment and a hydraulic brake in extension.

The SuperSport 950 S is equipped with refined, multi-adjustable Öhlins suspension. At the front is a fork with 48 mm stanchions and TiN treatment for optimal smoothness, while at the rear is a fully adjustable Öhlins monoshock with integrated gas tank. Both models’ chassis components can be upgraded with an adjustable hlins steering damper.

Technically and visually, the SuperSport 950’s Brembo braking system is characteristic of sports motorcycles. At the front are Brembo M4-32 monobloc radial calipers that function on two 320 mm discs, driven by a Brembo self-bleeding radial pump with a separate tank and adjustable lever.

The SuperSport 950 is fitted with three-spoke alloy wheels with a sporty “Y” design in sizes 3.50 x 17 at the front and 5.50 x 17 at the rear. The rims fit the 120/70 ZR 17 Pirelli Diablo Rosso III at the front and 180/55 ZR 17 at the rear. Pirelli Diablo Rosso® III maximizes the performance offered by a road tyre.

In terms of technological features, the new SuperSport 950 is outfitted with advanced and refined dynamics control electronics, based on the use of Bosch’s 6-axis inertial platform capable of detecting the roll, yaw, and pitch angles of the motorcycle in space instantaneously. By default, the operational parameters of every control are associated with the three Riding Modes (Sport, Touring, and Urban).

Other notable features are Bosch 9.1 MP ABS with multiple calibration and integrated pressure sensor, Ducati Traction Control (DTC) EVO, Ducati Wheelie Control (DWC) EVO, Ducati Quick Shift (DQS) up/down EVO, a 4.3” full-TFT display, full LED lighting and Ducati Multimedia System (DMS) which, after connecting your smartphone to the bike via Bluetooth technology, allows you to manage certain functions by means of buttons on the handlebar.

The new SuperSport 950 is more sportier and fun to ride motorcycle.
